About Our Company
Who is behind ShiftPoint Training Academy?
ShiftPoint Training Academy was created by Samantha Schearer-Higdon. Samantha has been a part of the automotive aftermarket for nearly a decade, so she knows first-hand the challenges each of the positions in the industry faces and how to overcome them. She initially started as a Client Service Representative, grew into a Service Advisor (Eventually the Head Service Advisor) then after some time, a Marketing Manager. Her passion for growth and desire to help others has led her to where she is today: A coach whose main goal is to leave the industry she loves better than she found it by supporting those who keep it moving.
